Buying House

Buying House &  Sourcing  Support

One point of contact for apparel sourcing in Pakistan.

Sourced, Not Manufactured In House

Products managed through our buying-house service are sourced and coordinated through partner factories. They are not manufactured in-house, and we will never present them as our own production. When you enquire, we explain the manufacturing route for your product before you commit.

For products we make ourselves, see our manufacturing divisions.

Apparel The Hub apparel sourcing and buying house service with a tech pack, fabric swatches, colour palette, trims and quality control checklist.

One Brief, One Contact, One Standard

For products outside our most suitable direct manufacturing range, Apparel The Hub can act as your sourcing and coordination partner through suitable suppliers. This service is designed for buyers who need one contact for product development and follow-up across multiple apparel categories.

You get one brief, one contact managing the follow-up, and one set of quality and packing standards across suppliers — without having to manage several factories in a country you may not visit.

How a Sourcing Brief   Works

Seven stages, followed in order. You are informed about the manufacturing route for your product before any commitment is made.

01

Send Sourcing Brief

Share product references or tech packs, target quality, quantities, target price, destination and timeline. A more detailed brief helps us obtain more comparable quotations.

02

Source & Shortlist

We identify suitable manufacturing routes based on the product category and order requirements, then shortlist potential suppliers. You are informed of the proposed route before making a commitment.

03

Costing & Sample Coordination

Supplier quotations are collected and compared against the approved brief. Sample requests are managed through delivery, including revisions and your feedback.

04

Buyer Approval

Production does not proceed until you approve the sample, commercial terms and manufacturing route for the order.

05

Production Follow-Up

We track key production milestones and inform you of delays or specification issues while there is still time to address them.

06

Inspection & Packing Verification

Agreed in-line, final or pre-shipment checks are arranged. Labels, barcodes, colour and size ratios, folding, polybags and carton markings are checked against your instructions.

07

Consolidation & Shipment

Where practical, products from multiple categories or suppliers are consolidated into one shipment. We assist with packing lists, buyer instructions and handover to your freight forwarder.

What to Send With a Sourcing  Brief

The more detailed your brief, the easier it is to compare supplier quotations and available options.
