Every product follows a process suited to its requirements. Our direct manufacturing route covers seven stages, from your tech pack to the final inspected and packed order. For product categories outside our in-house manufacturing capabilities, Apparel The Hub coordinates sourcing through trusted partner suppliers. We confirm the right route with you before you commit.
For products manufactured directly through our production route, including knitwear, woven garments, outerwear, uniforms and workwear.
Everything starts with your product requirements. Share your design concept, measurements, artwork, target fabric and GSM, colour preferences, quantities and packaging instructions. A complete tech pack helps streamline the process. If you do not have one yet, you can start with a reference product and a clear description of the changes you need.
Send your tech pack, design or reference product, along with quantities and target requirements.
We review your information and ask any questions needed to prepare an accurate quotation and sample.
We review your product specifications, identify suitable fabrics and prepare an indicative cost estimate. Pricing depends on fabric type, GSM, construction, branding, trims, packaging and order quantity. If a specification change affects the cost, we explain the difference clearly before proceeding.
Confirm your target price, order quantity and any specification changes identified during the review.
We source or develop suitable fabric options and provide indicative costing based on the agreed requirements.
We develop a sample based on your approved requirements. This turns your design and specifications into a physical garment that you can evaluate for fabric, measurements, construction, colour, branding and trims.
Confirm the sample specifications and provide the delivery address.
We develop and arrange dispatch of the sample. Sampling typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on fabric availability and product complexity.
You review the sample for fit, construction, fabric, colour, branding and finishing details. You can share your comments, and revisions are made where needed. Adjusting the sample before bulk production helps reduce the risk of costly changes later.
Review the sample and send your combined feedback, or approve it for production.
We make the required revisions and arrange another sample where necessary until the specifications are approved.
Bulk production begins once the sample is approved and all required confirmations are complete. The approved sample becomes the production reference. Typical bulk production lead time is 30–45 days, depending on order quantity, fabric confirmation and product complexity.
Confirm the final approval, quantities, size breakdown and commercial requirements.
We plan and manage bulk production according to the approved sample and confirmed order specifications.
Quality checks take place throughout production, not just at the end. We check stitching, measurements, fabric, colour, branding, labels, finishing and overall consistency. This helps identify and resolve issues before the order is packed.
Share any specific quality standards or inspection requirements for your order.
We carry out agreed quality checks during production and address identified issues before packing.
We verify quantities and size assortments, then pack the order according to your instructions. This can include polybags, stickers, barcodes and carton markings. We prepare the finished order for worldwide shipment, with packing treated as an important part of the customer experience.
Confirm packing instructions, carton markings, documentation and shipping arrangements.
We pack the order to specification, complete final pre-shipment checks and prepare it for dispatch.
For product categories outside our direct manufacturing route, Apparel The Hub coordinates sourcing through partner suppliers. These products are sourced through partners rather than manufactured in-house.
Share product references or tech packs, target quality, quantities, target price, destination and timeline. A clear brief helps us compare suitable supplier options accurately.
We identify suitable sourcing and manufacturing options based on your product category and order requirements. We explain the suitable route before any commitment is made.
We compare supplier quotations against your requirements and budget. Sample requests, delivery and revisions are coordinated according to your feedback.
We share the sample and commercial terms for your review. Production proceeds only after you approve the sample, terms and agreed sourcing route.
We track key production milestones and keep you updated on progress. Delays or specification issues are communicated early so you can review and respond.
We arrange agreed quality checks and verify packing requirements against your instructions. Labels, barcodes, size ratios, folding, polybags and carton markings are checked before shipment.
Where practical, we coordinate products from multiple categories or suppliers for one shipment. We support packing lists, buyer requirements and freight forwarder coordination.
Products handled through our buying-house route are sourced and managed through partner factories. They are not manufactured in-house, and we clearly communicate the applicable route.
